Action on air pollution
There are three main sources of air pollution against which a professional air purifier must be used:
- Chemical pollution: gases and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), detergents and solvents, glues and adhesives, paints, plastics, formaldehyde, toluene and benzene
- Physical pollution: micro and nano-particles from PM 10 to PM 0.1, pollen, air, industrial and automotive pollution, smoke, soot, ash, wood particles and animal hair
- Biological pollution: microorganisms, moulds, spores, viruses such as Coronavirus, bacteria and mites.
Selective filters and photocatalysis (catalytic filter and UVA) enable My Air Pure to act on the chemical and physical pollution in the air.
Two state-of-the-art UVC LEDs, on the other hand, act on biological pollution, including human Coronavirus 229E, as demonstrated by tests carried out with My Air Pure.
The main international studies on ultraviolet light (UV-C UV-A)
For the development of My Air pure we have implemented the main scientific research on the use of ultraviolet light (UV-C UV-A) to create a certified and patented product.
